Forest Whisper Wellness and Healing

Individual
Nature-Based Therapy
When anxiety keeps your mind spinning, depression drains your energy, or trauma holds you in old patterns, it can be hard to feel present or like yourself.
Rooted in nervous system care, somatic awareness, parts-informed work, trauma-informed support, and nature-based practices, I offer a compassionate space to slow down, breathe, and gently reconnect with your body, your story, and what matters most. This work is provided as clinical mental health care within a professional therapeutic relationship.
Together, we work toward feeling steadier, clearer, and more rooted in who you truly are.
For adults and children 8+.

Forest Bathing and
Nature-based Workshops
When life feels heavy and you’re moving through it on autopilot, it can be hard to feel present, rooted, or connected.
Forest bathing and seasonal gatherings offer a gentle return: to your senses, your breath, your body, and the quiet wisdom of nature. These experiences are non-clinical, preventive, and complementary, supporting overall well-being alongside everyday life, therapy, or other forms of care.
Workshops are created for burned-out helpers, overwhelmed leaders, spiritual seekers, and anyone longing for calm, grounding, and a sense of belonging.
Participants often leave feeling more settled, centered, and connected to themselves and the natural world.

Nature-based Retreats
If you’ve been feeling lost in your roles, spiritually dried out, or unsure how to come back to yourself, you’re not alone — and you don’t have to find the way back by yourself.
This multi-day Switzerland retreat creates the conditions to slow down, breathe, and gently uncover what’s been buried beneath the noise. While retreats may be deeply restorative, they are not a replacement for therapy and include no clinical treatment, assessment, or diagnosis. They are designed as supportive, preventive, and complementary experiences for personal growth and soul care.
From vineyard valleys to glacier peaks, you’ll be invited to reconnect with your body, your story, and the quiet wisdom of nature.
Many participants leave feeling lighter, clearer about what matters most, and more rooted in a sense of wholeness, freedom, and renewed possibility.
*While forestbathing and retreats may be restorative, it is not a replacement for therapy.
Welcome, My name is Diana
I’ve known overwhelm and exhaustion too, the kind that makes you forget your own needs.
I grew up in the Swiss Alps, where the mountains and forests taught me early what steadiness feels like, and that wisdom still guides my work today.
I’m a clinical social worker, a forest bathing guide, a mother of four, a wife and someone who finds grounding in daily walks, quiet mornings, and a faith that nourishes deep peace and joy when life feels heavy.
My work isn’t about fixing you. It’s about walking alongside you, helping your nervous system settle, and reconnecting you to the rooted, resilient self that’s still there beneath the noise.
You don’t have to have it all together to be seen, to rest, or to heal.

I guide you into gentler rhythms —
into the forest, into your breath, and toward the deeper parts of yourself you may have been too busy or too tired to hear.
With grounded, soul-restoring support, I offer space to tend to your nervous system, expand your capacity at your own pace, and rediscover the rooted, resilient self that has always been within you.

WHAT PEOPLE SAY

Palaima Guest, Lithuania
The Forestbathing at Boutique Hotel Palaima offered a beautiful moment of pause and presence. I especially felt a sense of brain relief when we were guided to focus on just one sense at a time. As a tea enthusiast, I also truly enjoyed the Lithuanian herbal tea ceremony. Diana holds space with calm and care - it's a gentle way to regain focus and clarity.

Peg M. Co-Founder of Camp Hope
Last Summer, we had the fabulous opportunity to work with Diana Erwin, a very skilled and intentional nature therapist for our first experience with Forest Bathing. We included this experience in a retreat we planned for public school teachers who were in desperate need of rest, reflection and restoration.
Diana worked with us ahead or time to undertand the teachers' needs and she graciously led our group through lush green trails using words and gentle suggestions that aligned with the themes of our retreat.
Diana directed our attention to natural wonder, wooded metaphor, and rich sensory reflection that included the observation of eaglets in an Eagles nest with eagle parents nearby. I would highly recommend Diana for nature-based therapeutic experiences. She knows the territory and will take you to beautiful places to heal, breathe, and recover.

Kari K., Founder of Minneapolis Nature-based Therapy
Diana did a beautiful job guiding our group through 2 hours of forest bathing during our staff retreat. She was organized and confident, with a good balance of being sincere and also light-hearted. She led us smoothly through a variety of activities and it was clear during our reflection time that everyone got a lot out of the practices. I would recommend her highly to any group looking for a time of community building and self care in nature.
